This coaching transpires in a group coaching format. Participants work with a coach to identify and opportunities to develop their emotional intelligence. Participants work in a cohort of up to 10 people for 90 minutes per session. The program consists of 6 biweekly virtual sessions. Individuals who would prefer a more personal attention may prefer for one-on-one coaching.
This program leverages leadership coaching, peer accountability, team development, and leadership development to provide leaders with tools and mindset required to set and implement the changes they know need to occur in their team or organization. This can be paired with our Real Change/Right Now! program to focus on diversity and inclusion goals.
